Terms of Use for LevelUp Floorball

Summary: This document covers both our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. By using LevelUp Floorball you accept everything below.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, using the app or purchasing a subscription you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, you may not use the service. We may update the terms at any time and will announce significant changes in the app or by email.

2. Account and security

You must be at least 13 years old or have the required consent under local rules.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other users.

3. Permitted use, content and moderation

Only publish material you have the rights to and that complies with Swedish law, App Store policies and good practice.
Hate, threats, illegal content, harassment or publishing other people's personal data is prohibited.
We have the right to remove or hide content, block users and take moderation action when we consider it necessary to protect the community.
Chat messages and match comments are automatically reviewed for threats, abuse, sexual content and signs of grooming. Flagged messages can be read by LevelUp's moderators (see the privacy policy, section 3).

3.1 Zero tolerance for objectionable behavior

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Reported content may be removed immediately and accounts may be suspended without notice if they violate our rules, App Store guidelines or the law. Repeated violations lead to a permanent ban.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Digital purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and receipts are processed by RevenueCat. We do not store your payment details.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in the respective app store. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next renewal.
Prices, offers and trial periods are shown in the app and may vary between markets and stores.
Refunds follow the respective store's policy (Apple/Google). Contact their support for refunds.
RevenueCat collects the information needed (e.g. an app-specific user ID and receipt information) to validate your subscription and provide customer support.

5. Intellectual property

The app, trademarks, graphics and code belong to LevelUp Sports AB or its licensors.
When you upload content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display the material in the app and to promote your post within LevelUp Floorball. You retain ownership.
We also fetch statistics, match data and similar information from external sources, including sources outside the EU/EEA (e.g. panaapi.com). Such material belongs to the respective rights holders and is used to provide the service.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you have paid during the last 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

You can close your account in the app (Settings → Delete account). We may terminate or suspend accounts that:

violate the law, guidelines or the rights of others,
attempt to manipulate points, reviews or payments,
use automated methods, scrapers or reverse engineering.

After termination, your content and personal data are deleted within a reasonable time in accordance with the policy below.
